Description

Return an informative message when no DataOutputs? was specified in a ZCFG.

From r527, the message Unable to parse the ZCFG file: XXX.zcfg (Wrong charater found in XXX.zcfg: \t) should be returned in case the XXX.zcfg file does not contain any DataOutputs block.
