Patch to set appropriate permissions for symbols.sym

Description

In addition to the patch from #143, an additional change is required to set appropriate permissions (644 instead of 755) for symbols.sym on installation.

I have committed the requested changes in r815.

I am waiting before submitting inside the release in case you find anything else.

Thanks for applying the patches. I haven't found additional issues in the changes since RC2.

There are still some issues with zoo-project in general for which I'll create separate issues.
