Time&Date + comiter user name + revision # in every sphinx page

Description

Every sphinx page in ZOO-Docs should get the Date and ID of revision automatically at the top of the page, as the following

Last Edited: $Date$ Id: $Id$

in /docs/index.text

Add to add each of them with svn:keywords:

svn propset -R svn:keywords "HeadURL Date Author Id Rev" index.txt

The keywords sphinx syntax should now be added at the top of each .txt files.

Added the svn:keywords everywhere where i found it was usefull I think i can close ticket, however a make html is need
