ZOO Kernel
ZOO Kernel is a the heart of the ZOO. It is a powerful server-side C Kernel which makes it possible managing and chaining webservices, by loading dynamic librairies and handling them as on-demand webservices. The ZOO Kernel is written in C language, but supports several common programming languages in order to stay opened to numerous librairies and models.
Using ZOO Kernel as web processing platform
ZOO Kernel works with Apache and can communicate with cartographic engines and webmapping clients. It simply adds the WPS support to your spatial data infrastructure and your webmapping application !
